With so many cards collected, retrieval becomes essential.

Search function optimization suggestions
1 ️ *
Tag/Folder Search
- Tag/folder-based search is supported. This overlaps with smartfolder, but smartfolder is suitable for curing keywords. Many times I already know a specific folder and want to search for a specific content.
2 ️ *
Simple search syntax
- Supports basic search syntax, reduces mouse movement and clicks, avoids tenosynovitis, and improves search efficiency.
3 ️ *
URL Schema
for search conditions - Provide a more detailed search URL schema to help us customize some features (preferably the search page can be copied with one click, just like copying a link to a single card).
4 ️ *
Deep search filter
- Supports filtering tags/folders in deep search results. Currently, fulltext seems to be mutually exclusive with other types. Searching for a large movie at a time is very difficult.

Full text search optimization:
Today's full text searches often fail to find content.
For example, the text in the collection has AppLocalPickerActivity
My search for Locale couldn't find any results. You must search AppLocalPickerActivity.

Agree, the search is a bit too weak now; you can't find anything if you have a little more content in your collection

- I want to support fuzzy search. Currently, search results with multiple spaces and fewer spaces are all very different.
- If conditions permit, I want to support semantic-based searches. Obsidian has a plug-in called Smart Connection, which can understand the searcher's intention and give search results based on semantic similarity, so users can get the expected results even if they say synonyms or other words in the original text.

Hasn't this matter started yet?

Can I ask if I can search within a specified folder? The current search is for all pages, which is not particularly convenient

Forget the location of the search box. This is a matter of personal habit, or you can vote for less and serve more

Search function optimization

- The search box is not convenient at the top; it is more appropriate to put it down
- Give users a separate page user search instead of a pop-up window on the current page, so more content can be displayed
- The bottom navigation is modular, allowing users to choose which modules to use and adjust the order of the modules
- On the search page, keep the user's previous search keyword in the search box so that the user can edit the keyword twice. Otherwise, it will be very troublesome to re-enter it in the search box every time; it is better to edit the original keyword directly

Supports advanced search

For example:
- Supports multiple keyword matches, and supports conditional expressions (with, or)
- Supports filtering for specific attributes such as time, type, source site
Or at least the search function's ability to align smart lists first

Can aggregated search be added, there are more search dimensions and methods

Currently, only one condition can be selected, and it can only be a vague condition, which is very inconvenient
For example, I want to search for data related to big data architecture, and also search for content related to the title, but I don't want to watch videos; I can only sort by website address, but the list items won't change, which means I need to carefully filter the results manually with the naked eye. I'd like to exclude some website links.
In addition, many websites also have big data keywords. I can't rule out searches. For example, the words in the data center appear. I want to be able to manually exclude searches. For some OLAP, I also want to search for excluded tags.
And for some comprehensive content, I add tags or subdirectories, so in addition to excluding bookmarks, I also want to be able to search or exclude in the specified directory.
For example, I'm currently in an uncategorized section. It's my temporary storage directory, and I need to categorize it after work. I can quickly search the categories instead of triggering a global search. This includes a multi-dimensional search within a single tab.
So I want a simple multi-dimensional search engine; it doesn't have to be complicated. It has the following features:
Multi-dimensional condition matching and exclusion matching, including keywords, tags, table of contents, links, and titles
The screenshot is a reference design. I hope the government will consider it more. Currently, the search is really not convenient. I hope to focus on it, thank you. The first day I got in touch with annual membership support. I am a heavy user and have also referred to Raindrop, but I still want to support some domestic technical teams. Thank you very much!
Kibana, GitHub, multi-dimensional conditions, and the same competitor Raindrop, etc.
