I can't open uploaded attachments in the “My Favorites” interface, but I can open uploaded attachments in “Recently Read”

I'm a paid member of cubox, and now I've switched from the Apple version to the Android version. The phone I'm using now is an Oppo findx9pro, colors16 system. I downloaded and installed the app through the Cubox official website. After logging in to my account, I found a collection entry on the “My Favorites” interface, and I can't click to open the uploaded file. There was no response when I clicked on preview.

However, there is also a “Recently Read” history on the main page. Through this history, you can also open uploaded files.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, thank you. I also attached a screen recording of the specific operation situation.
